The Build Process

There is a general process that we follow, no matter what the build is. The process that we use has proven itself to work through client satisfaction. Depending on the needs of the custom project, we’re open to a discussion about how we can make the process smoother for everyone involved.

  • Work with the client to establish a design/concept
  • Inspiration photos to help portray a look/theme
  • Source materials locally
  • Work completed in the shop on Bainbridge Island
  • DH Fabrication handles all metalwork
  • Table Assembly
  • Ready for pickup or wrapped for delivery

Customer Satisfaction

One of the aspects of Built By Ben we pride ourselves in is the satisfaction of our customers. A unique aspect of our build process is sending our client photos and videos of the progress we are making. This ensures that we’re getting the job done efficiently and correctly. Being transparent with our build process is a staple of our company.

What value do you provide to your customers or clients?

We provide a final product built to the highest standards. We strive for a satisfied client, as well as a product that will last for decades. Something we’ve noticed from our previous projects is that people love a story piece. We’re sure that a commissioned piece from us will provide dinner conversations for years to come.

What is it about your service or product that makes it unique?

Every piece we build is absolutely one of a kind. We source our materials locally and work closely with our clients through the entire design-build process. Progression photos and videos are sent to clients during this process to ensure satisfaction, and to catch desired changes before they become too difficult to implement.

The amount of around the clock time and energy we put into our projects is another one of our outstanding attributes and is easily identified in our craftsmanship. If there was something we loved to do more than building, we’d be doing it…

See our Maintenance and Care page for expert information from professionals on caring for and cleaning your pieces.
